What You’ll Actually Do
• Tax Preparation: Assist in preparing individual, corporate, and partnership tax returns for clients.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field, with a basic understanding of accounting and tax principles.
• Experience: No specific years required; proficiency in Microsoft Excel and a willingness to learn new tax preparation software.
• Skills: Strong attention to detail and accuracy when working with numbers and documentation, good communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills, and the ability to follow instructions, ask questions, and seek feedback to improve work.
