What You’ll Actually Do
• Client Support: Contribute to current client engagements by performing essential tax and accounting tasks.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with experienced staff to complete various projects.
• Practical Application: Translate academic learning into real-world professional experience within the firm.
• Cross-Functional Participation: Engage in diverse projects, collaborating with teams from across the firm.
• Professional Development: Receive guidance and support from seasoned tax, auditing, and consulting professionals through mentorship.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Currently enrolled in an accredited bachelor’s accounting program. This is an Entry-Level internship position.
• Experience: No specific prior professional work experience is required. Candidates should be capable of applying academic knowledge to practical scenarios, demonstrating familiarity with business concepts relevant to tax and accounting.
• Skills: Demonstrated proficiency with computers and common spreadsheet software programs for data entry and analysis. Possession of a valid state driver’s license is required for client or office travel as needed for hybrid roles.
• Bonus: A cumulative GPA of 3.0/4.0 or above is preferred, though not strictly required, indicating strong academic performance.
