What You’ll Actually Do
• Planning: Gain an understanding of and assist in the planning of multiple tax assignments across diverse industries such as Real Estate, Construction, Healthcare, and Manufacturing.
• Preparation: Prepare and review federal and state tax returns for various entities including partnerships, C corporations, S corporations, and individuals.
• Compliance: Develop tax compliance knowledge and provide assistance with IRS audits, responses to tax notices, and the preparation of trust, gift, and estate returns.
• Client Participation: Participate in client assignments from the initial stages through to completion, while also developing and maintaining excellent working relationships with client staff.
• Professional Standards: Pledge to provide exceptional service, demonstrating individual attention and responsiveness, and complying with the highest degree of professional standards and client confidentiality.

• Background: Candidates must be actively working towards a Bachelor’s degree.
• Experience: No specific prior work experience is required for this role.
• Skills: Required skills include excellent interpersonal, analytical, research, and project management capabilities. Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential for interacting internally and externally, alongside the capacity to multi-task, think independently, and problem-solve in a team-oriented environment. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Outlook, and intranet software is also necessary.
• Bonus: Preferred candidates are actively working towards a Master’s degree in Accounting, Taxation, or a related field, or possess active participation in student organizations or prior work experience in accounting or a related field.
