What You’ll Actually Do
• Data Preparation: Assist in preparing work papers, trial balances, and depreciation schedules for engagement correspondence.
• Data Entry: Enter data for computer applications.
• Documentation Support: Prepare engagement correspondence.
• Research & Library Maintenance: Assist professional staff in gathering data for tax return preparation and maintaining the tax library.
• File Management: Maintain client tax and auditing files.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Entry-Level. Must be enrolled as a student in an accredited college or university with a major in accounting. Applicants must be authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for employment-based visa sponsorship now or in the future.
• Experience: Familiarity with Microsoft Office software including Word, Access, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Skills: Demonstrated written and oral communication skills, ability to work independently and as a team, willingness to work cooperatively with others, and a high degree of discretion dealing with confidential information.
