What You’ll Actually Do
• Support Operations: Provide essential assistance to both office and project staff within an office setting, playing a key role in the daily functioning of various departments.
• Broaden Knowledge: Engage in extensive learning experiences to understand the structure and contributions of Gilbane’s diverse support and operations teams.
• Discover Specialties: Explore a wide array of functional specialties, including specific insights into accounting practices, marketing strategies, human resources processes, estimating methodologies, and scheduling operations, among other essential duties.
• Safeguard Interests: Actively protect and promote the best interests of Gilbane Building and its clients in all project-related and administrative matters.
• Cultivate Leadership: Demonstrate and develop the personal characteristics of a nascent leader, preparing for future growth within the construction management field, by upholding core values such as integrity, caring, and teamwork.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Currently enrolled as a junior or senior in a relevant degree program for the department or team.
• Experience: No specific years required; prior exposure to the construction industry is considered a valuable advantage.
• Skills: Strong communication skills, alongside proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Bonus: Prior exposure to the construction industry.
