What You’ll Actually Do
• Lead strategic and operational portfolio management across product, technology, maintenance, and innovation projects.
• Develop and improve processes for portfolio planning, prioritization, resource and capacity planning, budgeting, forecasting, and risk management.
• Facilitate portfolio reviews and governance forums, preparing decision proposals, business analyses, and management presentations.
• Monitor portfolio performance through KPIs, dashboards, and reporting, turning complex data into clear recommendations.
• Identify risks, dependencies, bottlenecks, and resource constraints, and support effective mitigation plans.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Master’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Economics, or a related field.
• Experience: Several years of experience in project management, portfolio management, program management, or strategic planning.
• Skills: Strong analytical skills, experience with resource planning, budgeting, forecasting, business cases, and performance management, excellent communication and presentation skills, structured and data-driven approach.
• Bonus: German language skills.
