Digital Content Manager – Branding and Communications | Millennium

The Tone:
This is a full-time role at Millennium, located in New York, New York. This role is integral to the Branding & Communications team, which develops and executes internal and external strategies globally. The Digital Content Manager will specifically shape thoughtful, high-impact storytelling and deliver integrated communications across social, digital, and executive channels to protect Millennium’s reputation, demonstrate industry leadership, and support a wide range of business initiatives. What You’ll Actually Do
• Strategy Development: Develop and execute social media strategies that support WorldQuant’s brand, executive positioning, recruiting efforts, and broader business priorities.
• Content Calendar Management: Manage the WorldQuant content calendar while maintaining visibility into Millennium’s social calendar to support aligned, integrated planning.
• Executive Content Creation: Create and manage content for senior WorldQuant executives, including channel oversight, editorial planning, and performance reporting.
• Digital Storytelling: Pitch and develop new content series, formats, and platform opportunities to deliver differentiated, audience-specific digital storytelling.
• Performance Analysis & Optimization: Analyze social and digital performance data to surface insights, inform recommendations, and drive ongoing optimization across all channels.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college with a strong academic record, specifically in digital marketing, social media, or communications.
• Experience: 6–9+ years of experience in digital marketing, social media, or communications, ideally in-house or at an agency within financial services, technology, media, professional services, or another regulated or reputation-sensitive environment. Proven success managing organic and paid social media campaigns across platforms such as LinkedIn, YouTube, X, Instagram, Reddit, and Facebook.
• Skills: Excellent copywriting and editorial judgment, with the ability to tailor messaging across platforms, audiences, and brand voices; strong analytical skills using performance data to identify trends and generate insights; and demonstrated ability to develop content and campaigns that advance brand awareness, executive visibility, and employer branding.
• Bonus: Experience building and managing comprehensive content calendars, campaign plans, and always-on social programming.
