• Mission: Assist in the marketing and deal execution of project finance transactions.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Marketing Material Preparation: Assist in the origination of lending and financial advisory mandates, including the diligent preparation of marketing materials, detailed proposals, and comprehensive presentation packages for potential clients.
• Transaction Execution Support: Support the end-to-end execution of lending and financial advisory transactions, which involves conducting relevant research, meticulous preparation and handling of financial models, and drafting information memorandums and credit papers.
• Project Document Analysis: Facilitate transaction progress by thoroughly reviewing and analyzing various project documents, and coordinating effectively with other specialist advisors and external consultants.
• Client Relationship Management: Work closely with team seniors in actively liaising and coordinating with clients with respect to the origination and execution of transactions, and performing other administrative duties as may be required.
• Compliance and Internal Procedures: Ensure stringent compliance with all internal procedures and regulatory requirements throughout the entire deal process, maintaining high standards of control and operational integrity.

The Must-Haves
• Background: MBA/CA qualification.
• Experience: 6-9 years of work experience, preferably in banking, consulting firms, or companies engaged in project development, with a good grasp of financial analysis, corporate finance, and financial modelling.
• Skills: Good communication, writing, and interpersonal skills; ability to work independently on assigned jobs.
• Bonus: Experience in renewables and/or infrastructure would be viewed favourably.
