• Team: Global Innovation, Strategy and Performance team in the Global Innovation & Technology Center (GITEC)
• Mission: This role drives innovation initiatives by overseeing global project governance, managing the approval committee, and ensuring the health and continuous improvement of the innovation portfolio.
• Tech Stack: Pegasus, IPM, Committee tool, Reporting

What You’ll Actually Do
Manage Global Project Governance: Oversee and improve Global Project Governance & Execution pre-launch, and manage the Global Approval Committee (online/offline) for the supply side.
Optimize Innovation Portfolio: Conduct monthly performance and portfolio health assessments with global and zone teams, providing recommendations to enhance the top and bottom-line innovation portfolio, including KPI management and reporting.
Drive Innovation System Improvement: Act as the primary point of contact for global VPO/Supply Chain Management System and Zones, managing the innovation pillar’s business cycle and driving continuous improvement aligned with business needs.
Lead Digital Platform Ownership: Serve as the business owner for Pegasus and other key digital innovation platforms (IPM, Committee tool, Reporting), leading functional changes and driving platform adoption across the organization.

The Must-Haves
• Background: University master’s or bachelor’s degree or equivalent in IT, Business, Economics, or Engineering/Technical.
• Experience: Minimum 5 years of industry or consulting experience in Supply Chain Management.
• Skills: Demonstrated ability of multidimensional, analytical, and critical thinking skills; fluency in English (written and spoken); strong continuous improvement and agile mindset.
• Bonus: Demonstrated successful experience in management of projects of high complexity and/ or risk profile; experience in equipment and/or process development areas for processing industries; technical expertise in science & technology; experience within the brewing/beverage industry; solid team management skills.
