What You’ll Actually Do
• Connect: Take part in meetings with reinsurance companies to learn how strategic relationships are managed.
• Analyze: Gather financial data and market feedback from internal brokers, then translate this into useful market insights for senior stakeholders.
• Present: Support the preparation of materials for both internal and external presentations.
• Organize: Play a key role in preparing for the Monte Carlo Reinsurance conference, including arranging meetings and capturing key discussions.
• Document: Produce clear notes from discussions and meetings to share with the wider business.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Penultimate year of study from any degree background. Entry-Level.
• Experience: No prior insurance experience is required. Must be comfortable working with basic data.
• Skills: Enjoys building relationships and communicating with diverse groups, organized with strong attention to detail, able to take ownership of tasks, and adaptable to shifting priorities.
