The Tone:
This is a full-time internship at Sopra Steria Next, a management and digital transformation consulting firm. Sopra Steria Next works to design and deploy projects and transformations that shape the future by combining business and technology. This role offers an opportunity to contribute to innovative and high-impact transformation projects for leading clients, gaining a comprehensive understanding of the consulting profession and navigating complex IT and innovation strategies. The position is for individuals eager to learn, grow, and make a concrete impact on employee experience and engagement within large organizations.

The TL;DR
• Role: Internship
• Type: Full-time Internship
• Location: In-person France (various cities, including Paris)

• Team: You will integrate one of our sectoral practices (e.g., Energy & Telecoms, Transport, Aeronautics) or specialty practices (e.g., AI and SmartOPS, Data, People Experience & Change).
• Mission: Contribute proactively to innovative, high-impact transformation projects for clients, helping them navigate complex business and IT challenges and understand the full consulting process.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Client Experience: Design and improve client and employee experiences through strategic initiatives.
• Change Management: Lead managerial transformation efforts and manage change processes within organizations.
• Operational Efficiency: Optimize industrial and service operations, streamlining business processes for greater efficiency.
• Data-Driven Innovation: Frame, design, and implement new data-driven use cases to foster innovation.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Master’s Degree from an engineering or business school, Entry-Level career stage.
• Experience: No prior professional experience required, with a focus on a strong desire to learn and take on concrete challenges.
• Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, eagerness to learn continuously and grow within a dynamic team, curiosity and motivation for human and technological transformations.
