Supply Chain Leadership Development Program – Technical Track (June 2027) | The Clorox Company

The Tone:
This is a full-time, 3-year rotational leadership development program at The Clorox Company, primarily located in Alpharetta, GA, with potential relocation for one rotation. • Pay: $55600–$118700 yearly
• Team: Supply Chain Organization (including Business Support, Manufacturing, and Operations Services groups)
• Mission: To develop future supply chain leaders by providing diverse, hands-on experience across critical business, manufacturing, and technical functions within a 3-year rotational program.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Business Rotation: Expand your knowledge and gain business experience within Supply Chain Support activities, including logistics analysis, customer relationship management, order management, problem solving, solution recommendation and implementation, and interfacing with customers, vendors, and partners.
• Manufacturing Rotation: Acquire true manufacturing experience by joining a U.S. plant, directly contributing to operations success through process engineering, production supervision, and continuous improvement initiatives, including supervisory responsibilities to develop leadership skills.
• Technical Rotation: Complete the program by honing technical skills as a member of Operations Services groups, focusing on areas such as quality assurance, continuous improvement methodologies, global technical services, external manufacturing oversight, and capital project management.
• Leadership Development: Actively participate in the structured Leadership Development programming, activities, and learning experiences that are integral to the SCLDP, designed to enhance business acumen and leadership capabilities throughout the three-year journey.
• Strategic Engagement: Gain invaluable networking opportunities and exposure to other internal and external facilities and cross-functional teams, while actively seeking leadership experiences both within and beyond functional assignments.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Recent or upcoming graduation from a 4-year university undergraduate program, possessing a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or another relevant engineering discipline. Not currently enrolled in a Master’s degree program.
• Experience: 0-1 years of relevant post-graduation work experience. Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States and not require current or future visa sponsorship for employment.
• Skills: Demonstrated strong leadership skills, a proven track record of achieving results, keen problem-solving and analytical abilities, and the capacity to effectively communicate ideas and build relationships with various stakeholders.
• Bonus: Previous Supply Chain or Engineering internship/work experience, manufacturing experience, and a preferred GPA of 3.0 or higher.
