What You’ll Actually Do
• Develop: Gain experience in a manufacturing setting, building leadership capabilities, technical knowledge, business acumen, and problem-solving skills.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Entry-Level. Candidates completing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in an engineering discipline or a similar field between May 2027 and August 2027 are eligible.
• Experience: A minimum GPA of 3.0 or above is required. Willingness to relocate is essential for participation in the program.
• Skills: Demonstrated self-motivation, a strong work ethic, an innovative and solution-oriented mindset, and a passion for active learning. Ability to work as a team player with effective communication skills, a high level of emotional intelligence, strong problem-solving, analytical capabilities, and attention to detail.
• Bonus: Previous relevant experience such as an internship or co-op. Experience in the Alcohol Beverage Industry or consumer packaged goods (CPG).
