What You’ll Actually Do
• Contribute: Assist with financial planning and analysis (FP&A) activities through specific project work.
• Support: Aid in various accounting functions, including close and reporting processes and internal auditing assignments.
• Engage: Participate in treasury operations and credit management tasks within the Finance team.
• Analyze: Undertake projects focused on risk assessment and mitigation strategies.
• Develop: Work independently on assigned projects designed to provide practical experience under the guidance of a supervisor.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s program in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field. This role is designed for entry-level students eager to apply academic knowledge in a real-world corporate setting.
• Experience: A track record of outstanding academic performance is required. Candidates must demonstrate an eagerness to contribute in a team-oriented environment and the ability to work independently under an assigned supervisor. You must have the ability to lawfully work in the United States without a need for current or future visa sponsorship.
• Skills: Excellent leadership, communication (written and verbal), and interpersonal skills are essential. The ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment is also required.
• Bonus: A minimum cumulative GPA of 2.8 and a minimum major GPA of 3.0 are preferred.
