Capital Team Internship | Undergraduate – Summer 2027 | Endeavor Ukraine
The Tone:
This is a hybrid internship at Endeavor Ukraine, located in New York City. Endeavor is the leading global network supporting entrepreneurs who are scaling exceptional businesses, with a mission to develop thriving entrepreneurial ecosystems. This role is crucial for the Capital Team to support Endeavor Entrepreneurs throughout their fundraising journeys and strengthen the organization’s global investor network. The intern will contribute directly to connecting founders with capital and improving key investment processes within Endeavor Catalyst.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Global VC Exploration: Dive into Endeavor’s venture capital network, identifying suitable funds, managing relationships with over 300 global investors, and educating them on Endeavor’s mission and emerging markets.
• Founder Support: Serve as a thought partner to teams, profiling and segmenting relevant investors, supporting entrepreneurs on their fundraising strategy, and facilitating strategic introductions.
• Investment Process Aid: Support the Endeavor Catalyst investment process, including assisting companies in the pipeline with fundraising, contributing to approval memos, and improving investor outreach notes.
• Impact Showcasing: Create case studies to highlight the impact of Endeavor’s capital support, which will be used to recruit future entrepreneurs into the network.
• Team Contributions: Engage in other strategic projects for Endeavor Catalyst’s portfolio, Paths to Liquidity program planning, and other team priorities as needed.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Undergraduate Junior pursuing Business Administration, Management, Finance, Economics, International Studies, Sociology, or a related field. Must possess a strong foundational knowledge of Venture Capital and be legally eligible to work in the U.S.
• Experience: Ability to understand and communicate venture capital and financial concepts; interest in entrepreneurship or the startup ecosystem; comfort working with digital tools and learning platforms.
• Skills: Strong written and organizational skills, with the ability to edit and structure content clearly; detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks while meeting deadlines; strong communication skills and ability to incorporate feedback.
• Bonus: Familiarity with Salesforce and Excel.
