Employees will collaborate in person four days a week to foster creativity and produce impactful results, with the flexibility to work remotely one day a week.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Develop: Gain broad supply chain expertise by learning industry fundamentals through structured training, mentorship, and real-time problem-solving.
• Cultivate: Build and maintain trust-based relationships with a portfolio of customers by understanding their business needs and solving daily supply chain challenges.
• Execute: Own end-to-end shipment execution, leveraging digital and AI-enabled insights to anticipate risk, inform decisions, and deliver reliable customer outcomes.
• Analyze: Utilize data analytics and technology to identify trends, uncover root causes, and implement improvements in service, cost, and reliability.
• Collaborate: Participate in customer business reviews and planning sessions, working with experienced Account Managers to identify opportunities like new lanes and service expansions, and rotate through key functional areas.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s degree completed or in progress, with graduation expected by summer 2027; this is an accelerated pathway for new graduates.
• Experience: Experience using a customer perspective to guide decisions and actions.
• Skills: Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data-driven decision-making abilities; excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport and work effectively across teams.
• Bonus: Ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment; enjoyment in solutions-driven work using appropriate tools; proven leadership or team involvement in internships, projects, or student organizations; values a diverse and inclusive work environment.
