The Tone:

What You’ll Actually Do
• Drive: Bring creative solutions across the business through two 4-month project rotations during the program.
• Partner: Collaborate with business leaders and employees to identify opportunities and deliver people-focused improvements.
• Support: Contribute to talent acquisition, onboarding enhancements, workforce planning, and analytics initiatives.
• Contribute: Assist with employee engagement initiatives, learning and development program support, and employer branding efforts.
• Present: Own clearly defined project scopes, collaborate cross-functionally, and share results through regular updates and an end-of-program presentation.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Pursuing a Bachelor’s degree with anticipated graduation between November 1, 2026, and June 30, 2027.
• Experience: Entry-level.
