The Must-Haves
• Background: Entry-level, pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree with a concentration in Business or Engineering.
• Experience: Previous internship experience, preferably in a manufacturing or a functional area.
• Skills: Proven leadership experience, technical aptitude, and strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
