What You’ll Actually Do
• Project Leadership: Lead project-based initiatives to identify and implement revenue improvements across the organization.
• Cost Optimization: Drive cost savings projects within various business units, contributing to the company’s financial goals.
• Financial Analysis: Analyze financial data to gain insight into the multifaceted airline industry and support strategic decision-making.
• Strategic Engagement: Attend executive speaking events and engage with senior leadership to understand high-level company strategy.
• Investment Evaluation: Evaluate strategic investments or opportunities and analyze enterprise-wide expenses.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Current MBA student, having completed the first year of an MBA Program with a concentration in Finance, Economics, Strategy, Supply Chain, or another analytical field by Summer 2027. Planned MBA program graduation date by Summer 2028.
• Experience: At least three years (36 months) of post-undergraduate, full-time work or relevant military experience prior to enrolling in business school.
• Skills: Analytical and creative problem-solving skills, strong leadership, written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to excel in a fast-paced, matrix-team environment.
• Bonus: Ability to digest large amounts of data and information to succinctly explain findings and support decision-making; desire to learn leadership techniques and best practices in problem solving and conflict resolution.
