What You’ll Actually Do
• Participate: Immerse in manufacturing and packaging operations through a 12-week paid program.
• Execute: Complete hands-on projects alongside industry experts to gain practical experience.
• Learn: Acquire comprehensive business knowledge from across Sonoco’s enterprise.
• Connect: Engage with Sonoco leadership and build valuable networking opportunities with business leaders, other interns, and Emerging Leader associates.
• Develop: Receive real-time feedback and participate in plant tours to foster personal and professional growth.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree program with a concentration in Engineering or Business.
• Experience: Previous internship experience, preferably in Manufacturing or a functional area, coupled with proven leadership experience.
• Skills: Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, alongside demonstrated technical aptitude.
