What You’ll Actually Do
• Financial Analysis Support: Actively support broader financial analysis initiatives by gathering and providing accurate, requested information to senior team members.
• Basic Financial Reporting: Take responsibility for preparing basic financial reports and meticulously identify fundamental variances when comparing financial outcomes against planned expectations.
• Financial Planning & Project Support: Provide essential requested information to aid in comprehensive financial planning processes and assist with project financial tracking, billing, and detailed cost analysis.
• Enterprise System Learning: Work diligently to develop a basic level of knowledge regarding enterprise-wide business systems, enabling effective data acquisition and preliminary analysis.
• Ad Hoc Projects: Engage in various special projects as required, demonstrating adaptability and a willingness to contribute to diverse financial tasks.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Must be currently enrolled in an Accounting or Finance academic program.
• Experience: No prior professional experience is required for this internship, focusing on foundational learning and application.
• Skills: Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, strong Problem Solving capabilities, effective Organizing and Planning skills, clear Written Communications, adept at Informing others, fostering positive Peer Relationships, and efficient Time Management.
• Bonus: Preference is given to candidates who have completed three years of college coursework, successfully finished at least three accounting or finance specific courses, and maintained a minimum 3.0 GPA.
