Management Trainee | Cintas

What You’ll Actually Do
• Department Rotation: Rotate through various departments to immerse in the business from a leadership viewpoint, gaining in-depth knowledge of operations.
• Sales Engagement: Engage in outside sales activities to promote Cintas products and services while actively building and maintaining customer relationships.
• Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service by promptly addressing customer inquiries and resolving any issues to ensure satisfaction.
• Data Analysis: Analyze sales data and contribute to making informed business decisions that impact performance and strategy.
• Project Collaboration: Collaborate with key leaders on various projects specifically related to sales management and enhancing operational efficiency.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Entry-level professional who has obtained, or will obtain within six months, a Bachelor’s degree.
• Experience: No specific years required. Must meet all Department of Transportation (DOT) requirements for driving a regulated vehicle weighing more than 10,000 lbs, including having an active driver’s license, being at least 21 years of age, obtaining a DOT medical certification, and providing previous employment documentation.
• Skills: Leadership development, customer service, outside sales, data analysis, operational understanding, and adherence to Department of Transportation (DOT) driving regulations.
• Bonus: Co-op or internship experience in a Customer Service, Sales, Production or Administrative role; an academic major in business or a related field; a leadership/management role on campus or involvement in related extracurricular activities; and a willingness to relocate regionally during, or at the end of, the program.
