• Mission: This person supports a variety of audit and assurance engagements, directly contributing to impactful projects by helping clients meet their financial reporting and compliance objectives.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Audit Execution: Assist in executing audit engagements for clients across different industries.
• Financial Data Management: Gather, analyze, and meticulously document financial data relevant to engagements.
• Fieldwork & Testing: Participate in fieldwork activities, including testing internal controls and conducting substantive testing.
• Reporting Support: Contribute to the preparation of working papers and assist in drafting comprehensive audit reports.
• Collaboration & Improvement: Collaborate with team members to identify issues and recommend improvements for client processes.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Enrollment in a bachelor’s or master’s degree program in accounting, finance, or a related field, maintaining a GPA of 3.0 or above.
• Experience: Completed coursework in Financial and Managerial Accounting, demonstrating a basic understanding of accounting principles.
• Skills: Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, alongside proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Availability: Ability to work full-time (40-55 hours per week), including potential overtime during tax season, from January to April.
