Global Product Marketing Manager – Cameras | Motorola Solutions

The Tone:
This is a full-time role at Motorola Solutions, located remotely in Canada. Motorola Solutions builds and connects technologies to help protect people, property, and places globally. This role is crucial for marketing their specialty camera portfolio, which includes ruggedized, PTZ, explosion-protected, and anti-corrosion camera lines, contributing to safer communities, schools, hospitals, and businesses. By developing exceptional marketing and messaging, this position helps drive awareness and adoption of solutions that are essential for public safety and security worldwide.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Customer Advocacy: Partner with Product Management to represent the voice of the customer and understand their needs.
• Messaging and Positioning: Craft messaging and positioning that effectively demonstrates the value of solutions and differentiates them in the market.
• Market Analysis: Acquire deep customer knowledge through market research, customer interviews, segmentation analysis, and competitor analysis.
• Go-to-Market Strategy: Create and execute go-to-market strategies to drive product awareness, adoption, and pipeline.
• Content and Enablement: Develop internal and external facing content, including sales enablement materials, and design channel marketing strategy and collateral.
• Product Launches: Own product and feature launches, including messaging, identifying target audiences, and creating supporting content.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field; Manager-level experience in product marketing.
• Experience: 5 years of experience in Product Marketing or a similar field, preferably in a B2B environment.
• Skills: Product messaging and positioning, go-to-market strategy development and execution, market and competitor research, content creation for sales enablement, channel marketing strategy.
• Bonus: Experience working with combined hardware and software solutions, with an emphasis on prior experience in the physical security space.
