The Tone:
This is a full-time corporate management training program at Hyatt, located in the United States. What You’ll Actually Do
• Program Completion: Complete an approximate 6-month Corporate Management Training Program focused on Rooms operations.
• Departmental Rotation: Rotate through various departments of the hotel for 6 weeks to gain broad operational exposure.
• Rooms Concentration: Dedicate 18 weeks to intensive training and experience within the Rooms Operation division.
• Cross-Divisional Exposure: Engage in a rotational schedule with divisions including Engineering, Events, Finance, Food and Beverage, Human Resources, and Sales.
• Management Preparation: Prepare for a hotel management position, specifically within the Rooms division, following program completion.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Hold a Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree from a Hospitality college, identifying as a recent graduate prepared for entry-level management.
• Experience: Possess nine months of relevant industry work experience prior to starting the program.
• Skills: Demonstrate leadership and active involvement in campus activities, along with positive references from two previous work experiences.
• Continuous Authorization: Maintain continuous authorization to work in the U.S.
• Bonus: A preferred minimum G.P.A. of 3.0 is a strong asset for applicants.
