What You’ll Actually Do
• General Ledger Analysis: This responsibility involves reviewing transactional data within the general ledger to identify trends, discrepancies, and key insights, culminating in the creation of comprehensive revenue reports for leadership.
• Team Support: Provide critical support to both accounts payable and accounts receivable functions, ensuring smooth operations, timely processing, and continuity across financial workflows.
• Performance Feedback: Partner directly with senior accounting leaders to provide analytical feedback derived from financial data, informing strategic decisions regarding the company’s overall performance.
• Reporting & Forecasting: Generate accurate and timely invoices for customers and develop detailed accounts receivable reports essential for predicting future cash inflows and managing liquidity.
• Professional Development: Actively engage in continuous learning opportunities to expand accounting expertise and prepare for an evolving role within the growing company.

• Background: Bachelor’s degree in accounting. This role is suitable for an entry-level professional seeking their first experience in a private sector accounting environment, or someone ready to step into a Staff Accountant position.
