What You’ll Actually Do
• Operations: Support day-to-day Software Asset Management operations under the guidance of senior SAM consultants.
• Records: Assist in maintaining accurate software inventory and entitlement records for enterprise customers.
• Compliance: Support license compliance checks and basic reconciliation activities to identify usage gaps.
• Optimization: Assist in identifying license usage gaps and optimization opportunities using defined SAM processes.
• Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams such as IT, Procurement, and Finance to gather required inputs.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Business, Finance, or a related field; entry-level career stage.
• Experience: 0–2 years of professional experience, welcoming fresh graduates.
• Skills: Basic understanding of Software Asset Management (SAM) and IT Asset Management (ITAM) concepts; awareness of software licensing fundamentals (Microsoft, Adobe); exposure to SAM tools like Snow or Flexera (lab, training, or conceptual exposure is sufficient); analytical mindset with attention to detail.
• Bonus: Internship, coursework, or project exposure to IT Asset Management, licensing, or compliance is a plus; willingness to pursue SAM or licensing certifications.
