The TL;DR

• Mission: This person is responsible for identifying client business needs, determining effective technical solutions, and resolving customer issues with speed and practicality to drive client transformation.
• Tech Stack: Microsoft Office Suite products

What You’ll Actually Do
• Solution Design: Identify specific business needs and determine appropriate technical solutions to address complex business problems, ensuring alignment with client objectives.
• Issue Resolution: Resolve customer issues by conducting thorough research, engaging directly with customers, pinpointing root causes, and implementing effective corrective actions to ensure client satisfaction.
• Technical Guidance: Provide clear, actionable resolution steps and detailed documentation to technical team(s) when direct issue resolution by the Consultant is not feasible, facilitating efficient problem-solving.
• Client Collaboration: Meet regularly with client team(s) to accurately identify their evolving business needs and collaboratively assign strategic priorities for successful project execution.
• Requirements Gathering: Conduct detailed current state discovery sessions to gather comprehensive business requirements, which are essential inputs for solution development and transformation initiatives.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Hold a 4-year College degree, demonstrating strong academic achievement, with some coursework completed in a Computer Science or technology-related field. This is an entry-level position.
• Experience: Ability to analyze complex issues and distill concepts clearly for clients. Experience applying analytical rigor to problem-solving within an organizational context.
• Skills:
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities to diagnose and resolve intricate business challenges.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective interaction with clients and internal teams.
