The Tone:
This is a 24-month rotational program for early career professionals, based across various US locations including Orlando, Houston, Alpharetta, Raleigh, and Charlotte, requiring relocation. What You’ll Actually Do
• Support: Assist with budgeting, forecasting, month-end close, financial analysis, project finance, and business controlling activities across rotations.
• Analyze: Examine financial and operational data using specified tools to deliver actionable insights that influence key business decisions.
• Partner: Collaborate with finance leaders and cross-functional teams to improve reporting, inform decisions, and strengthen business performance.
• Contribute: Support process improvement, automation, and AI-driven initiatives to increase efficiency and accuracy within finance operations.
• Build: Develop finance, business, and leadership capabilities through meaningful assignments, mentorship, and collaboration across the organization.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in accounting, finance, economics, data analytics, or other business-related fields, graduating by May 2027.
• Experience: A minimum 3.2 GPA with relevant prior work experience, and an interest in data analytics, corporate functions, project management, or financial planning and analysis (FP&A).
• Skills: Excellent communication skills to translate data into clear insights, strong attention to detail, an analytical mindset, and a curious, proactive working style.
• Bonus: Preferred experience with Excel and other data tools such as PowerBI, Snowflake, and/or Alteryx.
