MS Transverse is a subsidiary of a top global P&C insurer, operating as a hybrid fronting carrier dedicated to partnering with MGAs, program administrators, and general agents in the global program market to offer comprehensive insurance services. This role provides a hands-on, high-impact experience designed to build confidence and deepen understanding in the insurance industry, offering real-world exposure within a collaborative and growing firm.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Research: Research and document potential distribution and reinsurance business partners.
• Analyze: Analyze the distribution market to understand how partners fit into the space.
• Develop: Build tools and reports to support business development and management reporting.
• Monitor: Track and evaluate financial trends for weekly and monthly reporting.
• Present: Complete group and department-specific case studies, presenting findings to firm leadership.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Entry-level, pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related field.
• Experience: Basic understanding of the insurance industry.
• Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel; strong attention to detail and accuracy; curious and eager to learn; thoughtful communicator; self-starter who thrives in collaborative environments.
• Bonus: Interested in insurance or risk management.
