Co-op Audit (Spring 2027) | Federal Express Corporation

The Tone:
This is a full-time Co-op Audit position at Federal Express Corporation, located in Memphis, TN, operating in a hybrid work model. • Mission: To assist in conducting risk assessments, performing audit procedures, documenting findings, and contributing to internal audit reports and recommendations.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Audit: Assist in the performance of financial, operational, and information systems audits and special projects.
• Reporting: Prepare formal reports and presentations of audit results for senior and executive management.
• Interviews: Conduct interviews with all levels of personnel as required to complete audit assignments.
• Meetings: Attend meetings with management to discuss audit issues and to develop action plans.
• Solutions: Present and deliver long-term solutions that will significantly impact the business and/or customer experience.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Currently enrolled in or a recent graduate (within 6 months) with a Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in accounting, finance, information systems, or a related field, maintaining a GPA of 3.0 or higher.
• Experience: No prior professional experience is required for this role.
• Skills: Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
• Skills: Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills to interact with various business units and all levels of management.
• Skills: Demonstrated time management, organizational, and multi-tasking skills to handle changing priorities with high attention to detail.
• Skills: Ability to work productively and proactively, both independently and as part of a team, and to analyze information, review data, and make recommendations.
