What You’ll Actually Do
• Department Rotation: Immerse in various business departments from a leadership viewpoint to understand operations comprehensively.
• Sales Engagement: Participate in outside sales activities to promote Cintas products and services while building and maintaining customer relationships.
• Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service by promptly addressing customer inquiries and efficiently resolving any issues.
• Data Analysis: Analyze sales data and contribute to making informed business decisions based on insights gained.
• Project Collaboration: Collaborate with key leaders on various projects focused on sales management and improving operational efficiency.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Must have, or will obtain, a Bachelor’s degree within six months. This is an entry-level position focused on developing future leaders in business operations.
• Experience: No specific years of experience are required. Qualified candidates must meet Department of Transportation (DOT) requirements for driving a regulated vehicle over 10,000 lbs, including an active driver’s license, being at least 21 years of age, obtaining a DOT medical certification, and providing previous employment documentation prior to the first day of employment.
• Skills: Leadership development, customer relationship building, sales analysis, operational efficiency, cross-functional collaboration.
• Bonus: Prior co-op or internship experience in a Customer Service, Sales, Production, or Administrative role is preferred, as is an academic major in business or a related field, and leadership or management roles in campus or extracurricular activities. Willingness to relocate regionally during, or at the end of, the program is also preferred.
