What You’ll Actually Do
• Support various organizational functions as needed, demonstrating adaptability and flexibility in your approach.
• Collaborate with the cross-functional Business Specialist team on sales initiatives, data reporting and tracking, and budget planning.
• Engage in process improvement initiatives and data/metric score boarding to enhance operational efficiency.
• Acquire essential business skills and knowledge through diverse assignments and exposure across departments.
• Delve deeper into specific interests through customized assignments that contribute meaningfully to the organization’s objectives.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s degree in any field; Entry-Level career status.
• Experience: Internship, co-op, or work experience in a business-related and/or customer-focused role.
• Skills: Adaptability, Eagerness to Learn, Flexibility, Collaboration.
• Bonus: Customer service skills or experience; Demonstrated leadership skills and a supportive team player mentality; Strong verbal and written communication skills with clear articulation; Curiosity and openness to new challenges for innovative problem-solving; Ability to give, accept, and implement feedback effectively.
