2027 Early Talent – Marketing and Public Relations Talent Development Program | Ally

The Tone:
This is a 2-year early talent rotational program, with roles designated as in-person with flexibility, located in Detroit, MI or Charlotte, NC. This program is designed to strengthen professional abilities within and across marketing, advertising, and public relations, fostering growth and development for future success at Ally.

What You’ll Actually Do
• [Develop]: Strengthen professional abilities in marketing, advertising, and public relations through a structured 2-year rotational program.
• [Participate]: Engage in rotational assignments initially based on experience, major, and career path.
• [Rotate]: Gain experience through placements in various marketing and PR functions, including brand and sponsorships.
• [Contribute]: Work on projects related to advertising, content, research, and consumer and lending strategy.
• [Support]: Assist with initiatives in auto and insurance, business operations, CRM and analytics, digital strategy, growth marketing, and external communications.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s Degree in various subject areas; Entry-Level. Must be graduating between December 2026 and June 2027.
• Experience: 0+ years of experience. Demonstrated success in a leadership role (class, campus, community).
• Skills: Proven academic success. Eligibility to work in the U.S. without sponsorship from the company. Passion for financial services and professional growth. Ability to start on the program start date (July 2027).
• Bonus: Previous internship role in a related industry preferred.
