Human Resources Leadership Development Program | Kerry

The Tone:
This is a full-time, 24-month rotational leadership development program located in the US with geographic flexibility. Kerry is the world’s leading taste and nutrition company, focused on providing 2 billion people access to more sustainable nutrition while serving the food, beverage, and pharmaceutical industries. What You’ll Actually Do
• Talent Acquisition: Partner with recruiters and business leaders to attract and hire top talent, supporting inclusive hiring practices and diverse talent pipelines.
• Talent Development: Support talent review, succession planning, and high-potential development activities to foster employee growth and career progression.
• Learning & Development: Coordinate and support learning and capability-building programs, ensuring they are accessible and aligned with business needs.
• HR Business Partnering: Collaborate with HR leaders and business teams on workforce planning, employee engagement, and organizational effectiveness initiatives.
• Project Management: Contribute to real business priorities, manage meaningful projects, and analyze people data to support decision-making across HR functions.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Organizational Leadership, Industrial/Organizational Psychology, Communications, or a related field; expected graduation between December 2026 and May 2027.
• Experience: Demonstrated leadership experience gained through internships, student organizations, campus involvement, work experience, athletics, military service, volunteer activities, or community engagement.
• Skills: Strong communication and relationship-building skills, an analytical mindset with robust problem-solving capabilities, adaptability in dynamic environments, and a curious approach to understanding how people strategies drive business performance.
• Bonus: Geographic flexibility to support rotational opportunities and authorization to work permanently in the United States without current or future sponsorship.
