Program Management Developmental Rotational Program | Inteva Products
The Tone:
This is a full-time developmental rotational program at Inteva Products, primarily based at the World Headquarters and Technical Center in Troy, MI. Inteva Products is a customer-driven global supplier of engineered components and systems for the automotive industry, employing 12,000 people across more than 35 sites. The company provides top-tier products like Closure Systems, Interior Systems, and Motors & Electronics to over 100 global and regional automakers, focusing on quality, on-time delivery, and competitive pricing. This Career Launch Program is designed to infuse emerging talent, providing a solid foundation of the business through experiential learning in an automotive manufacturing environment, fostering future program management professionals.

• Team: Part of a structured program, engaging with an executive sponsor and receiving guidance from a senior mentor. Participants will present their experiences to the executive staff, chaired by the President and CEO.
• Mission: To infuse emerging talent into the company for continued growth by providing broad exposure to various functional areas, preparing individuals for final placement in Program Management.
What You’ll Actually Do
• Rotational Experience: Participate in structured rotations through diverse functional and cross-functional areas across the organization.
• Functional Immersion: Gain hands-on experience in departments such as Product Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Purchasing, Commercial Finance, Production Supervision, and Program Management.
• Career Mentorship: Engage closely with an executive sponsor to discuss and shape your career path, while receiving continuous support and guidance from a dedicated senior mentor.
• Executive Engagement: Prepare and deliver presentations to the executive staff, chaired by the President and CEO, detailing program experiences and offering recommendations.
• Foundational Skill Building: Develop a comprehensive understanding of the business landscape and cultivate essential skills designed to launch a successful career within Inteva Products.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Entry-Level professional recruited from key universities, holding a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• Experience: Demonstrated ability to lead and participate effectively in a team environment, coupled with a solid history of academic achievement, maintaining a minimum G.P.A. of 3.0 on a 4.0 scale.
• Skills: Strong capabilities in team leadership, collaborative participation, and adaptability, including the ability to temporarily relocate throughout Inteva’s facility footprint in the United States.
• Bonus: A track record of achievement stemming from previous internships or relevant work assignments.
