• Mission: Performs routine accounting activities, including the preparation, maintenance, and reconciliation of ledger accounts and financial statements.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Process: Execute routine journal entries and diverse accounting activities by adhering to established procedures.
• Support: Aid in the preparation of the annual budget and strategic financial plans when requested.
• Prepare: Develop routine work papers for audit and tax purposes.
• Generate: Create routine accounting work papers essential for developing project budgets.
• Contribute: Participate in additional accounting tasks and duties as they are assigned.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or an equivalent combination of experience and education. This is an entry-level position.
• Experience: No prior experience is required for this role.
• Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, the ability to quickly learn new software, and strong communication skills.
• Bonus: Prior experience with fixed assets.
