The Tone:
This is a full-time, in-office role within Merrill Wealth Management, a leading provider of comprehensive wealth management and investment products and services. • Team: Supports a Financial Advisor team, operating as an FA Paid Resource.
• Mission: To create and ensure execution of strategy and manage financials across multiple priorities for a Financial Advisor team.
• Tech Stack: Salesforce, Wealth Management Workstation

What You’ll Actually Do
• Business Strategy & Execution: Partner with Financial Advisors to develop, implement, and execute the team’s business plan, ensuring alignment with growth objectives and firm priorities.
• Practice Management & Financial Oversight: Manage and track practice financials, including revenue, expenses, profitability, and budgeting processes, providing insights to FAs.
• Performance Tracking & Analytics: Establish and maintain quantifiable business and activity goals, analyzing data to identify trends and developing reports for accountability and progress tracking.
• Client Experience & Service Strategy: Oversee the execution of the team’s client service model to ensure consistent delivery of a high-quality, personalized client experience across all touchpoints.
• Team Coordination & Leadership Support: Coordinate team assignments, workflow, and key initiatives, providing leadership support to ensure efficient project delivery and cross-functional alignment.

The Must-Haves
• Background: High School Diploma / GED / Secondary School or equivalent, with thorough knowledge of the Merrill Lynch Wealth Management business, products, general bank policies, and financial/accounting practices.
• Experience: Proven ability to manage risk and make sound decisions based on industry regulations and policies; strong analytical skills for identifying trends and implementing process improvements; required to obtain Series 7 and 66 (or 63 & 65) licenses and an approved designation within a specified timeframe if not currently held.
• Skills: Business Acumen, Business Analytics, Project Management, Strategy Planning and Development, Sales Performance Management.
• Bonus: Strong leadership abilities, communication, and delegation skills; demonstrated understanding of how to deliver a strong overall client experience; ability to influence effectively without direct authority.
