Entry Level – Manager Trainee | Houston Impact Team
The Tone:
This is an entry-level, full-time role at Houston Impact Team, based in Spring, TX. Houston Impact Team works to develop future leaders from the ground up while delivering tangible results for nationally recognized clients through brand promotions, retail marketing, and event strategy. What You’ll Actually Do
• Campaign Execution: Execute diverse marketing and promotional campaigns inside major retail locations for clients.
• Brand Promotion: Support various field marketing events and client brand initiatives to enhance market presence.
• Market Development: Assist comprehensively in market research, merchandising, and customer acquisition efforts.
• Strategic Learning: Participate in structured training to learn event planning, sales pipeline management, and increasing market exposure.
• Performance Analysis: Provide campaign performance feedback and contribute ideas aimed at boosting engagement and refining strategies.

• Background: Entry-Level position focused on developing leaders in sales and marketing.
• Experience: No specific years of experience are required; relevant professional experience or coursework is a plus.
• Skills: Requires excellent communication and people skills, strong time management and organizational abilities, self-motivation, adaptability, and a team-first mentality with leadership potential.
