What You’ll Actually Do
• Rotational Assignments: Participate in four, six-month rotational assignments across diverse business groups over a two-year period.
• Business Contribution: Contribute directly within groups that provide client support, develop new products, implement operational solutions, and determine firm-wide strategy.
• Skill Development: Develop foundational analytical, innovation, and leadership skills, alongside a firm-wide perspective on investment management through an accelerated program.
• Client-Focused Initiatives: Engage in initiatives aimed at helping clients achieve their financial goals, ensuring client satisfaction and access to industry-leading partnerships.
• Learning & Growth: Benefit from continuous development, an onboarding program, ongoing assessments, leadership expert series, and technical and soft-skills trainings.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Entry-level professional development program; pursuing a degree with expected graduation in December 2026 or May 2027 for a July 2027 intake.
• Experience: Internship or work experience in financial services, consulting, business operations, risk, compliance, technology, or related fields. Experience with data analysis, reporting, or business intelligence tools.
• Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication; outstanding interpersonal skills; proven ability to work effectively in a fluid, high-energy environment.
• Bonus: Demonstrated leadership through academic, professional, community, or extracurricular activities. Strong commitment to career development and eagerness for learning.
