• Mission: Own the complete cycle of digital engagement activities, from campaign creation to lead generation and fostering retailer relationships.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Digital Operations: Manage all aspects of ARU (likely referring to automated customer engagement or acquisition) activities from end to end.
• Marketing & Acquisition: Oversee digital campaign management and lead generation strategies for the assigned regions.
• Channel Development: Drive retailer activation programs to expand digital reach and foster strong partnerships.
• Strategic Implementation: Steer the implementation and successful drive of special digital initiatives across West & Central.
• Team Engagement: Develop and manage engagement programs for both internal Full-Time Employees (FTE) and external Field Operations Staff (FOS).

The Must-Haves
• Background: A management graduate with a strong understanding of business operations.
• Experience: Possess 2-3 years of relevant professional work experience in a digital or related field.
• Skills: Demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication abilities; exhibit proficiency in computer applications and general digital literacy.
