Marketing Manager, Broad Mkt II | Novo Nordisk

• Team: Serves as a key connector between Commercial Teams, CSO partners, distributors, and field organizations.
• Mission: Drive sustainable growth across Broad Market channels through strategic planning, innovative business model development, portfolio optimization, and effective execution of commercial and marketing initiatives.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Strategy: Develop broad market strategies and comprehensive business plans to achieve growth.
• Innovation: Drive business model innovation and optimize trade marketing efforts across channels.
• Execution: Execute and activate primary market programs effectively to meet objectives.
• Partnerships: Manage strategic partnerships with key commercial collaborators to maximize impact.
• Portfolio: Oversee portfolio strategy and product lifecycle management for optimal performance.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Master’s degree in Business or a science-related field.
• Experience: At least 3 years of national-level marketing experience within a multinational corporation, including different brand management, or experience as a national-level Promotion Manager for an MNC pharmacy channel. Requires portfolio management skills and multiple channel experience.
• Skills: Strategic thinking, innovation capability (thinking outside the box), project management, cross-functional company understanding, and excellent command of both written and spoken English and Chinese.
• Bonus: Experience with chronic disease products, such as those in cardiovascular (CV) or diabetes therapeutic areas.
