What You’ll Actually Do
• Financial Analysis: Conduct performance controlling and comprehensive financial analysis across various business functions.
• Accounting and Cost Management: Oversee corporate accounting practices and implement cost controlling measures to optimize expenditures.
• Operational Review: Perform operational reviews and internal audits to identify efficiencies and mitigate risks within different business units.
• Field Controlling: Manage financial operations and controlling functions at plant or field locations.
• Risk and Credit Analysis: Analyze and control financial risks, and conduct credit analytics to support strategic decision-making.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Economics, Business Analytics, Statistics, Management Information Systems, or Management with an Accounting or Finance concentration. This program is designed for individuals beginning their professional careers.
• Experience: Candidates must have completed, or will complete, the required educational credentials prior to the July 2027 program start date. No specific prior professional experience is required, as this program targets early career professionals.
• Skills: Demonstrated resourcefulness and problem-solving abilities to find the most effective and efficient solutions to complex challenges. Willingness to relocate and travel as required by the program. Legal authorization for employment in the United States without need for current or future employer-sponsored work authorization.
