Corrugated Business Associate (Sales) | Packaging Corporation of America
The Tone:
This is a full-time, salaried position at Packaging Corporation of America, located in Lancaster, PA. Packaging Corporation of America is a Fortune 500 company focused on providing ideas and solutions in corrugated packaging and white paper. This role is part of the Generational Investment for Tomorrow (GIFT) Program, designed to hire recent college graduates into a rotational training experience. The program aims to develop well-rounded employees and future leaders within the company’s corrugated business.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Collaborate closely with an assigned GIFT Mentor to stay on track and reinforce program goals.
• Rotate through the four main departments of a corrugated plant: Design, Production, Customer Service, and Sales.
• Execute assignments and projects within each department under the instruction of the department supervisor.
• Identify issues and areas for improvement, presenting findings and possible solutions to supervisors and mentors.
• Attend and participate in GIFT program training conferences to network and gain professional development.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s degree required upon starting the position, for recent college graduates (entry-level).
• Experience: Must obtain a Bachelor’s degree between December 2026 and May 2027, with an ability to start between May 2027 and July 2027.
• Skills: Ability to learn quickly and apply new knowledge, strong written and verbal communication skills, leadership experience or drive to lead, strong interpersonal skills for building relationships, quick and concise decision-making and problem-solving skills.
• Bonus: A minimum of one internship or co-op is preferred, especially in a related environment. Obtaining a Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Management, or a related field.
