• Mission: This person is responsible for executing marketing campaigns and customer acquisition efforts to drive client brand growth and achieve sales goals within retail environments.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Campaign Execution: Execute marketing and promotional campaigns inside major retail locations for nationally recognized clients.
• Event Support: Support field marketing events and client brand initiatives to increase market exposure.
• Market Engagement: Assist in market research, merchandising, and customer acquisition efforts.
• Leadership Development: Learn to plan events, manage sales pipelines, and foster an environment of growth.
• Performance Feedback: Provide campaign performance feedback and ideas to boost engagement and meet sales goals.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Entry-Level career experience in sales or marketing domain.
• Experience: No specific years required; relevant experience or coursework is a plus.
• Skills: Excellent communication and people skills, strong time management and organizational abilities, self-motivation, adaptability, and a team-first mentality.
• Bonus: Bachelor’s degree preferred (not required).
