• Mission: Develop future operational and leadership capabilities to meet Lewis’ leadership needs in utility vegetation management.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Learn Lewis field operations by collaborating with experienced operational leaders and field teams.
• Support safe, efficient, and high-quality vegetation management operations.
• Build skills to coach and support employees, communicate expectations, and foster a positive team environment.
• Manage production, customers, equipment, documentation, and business results as an operational leader.
• Partner with Operations and corporate functions such as Safety, Training, Human Resources, and Talent Acquisition.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Entry-Level. High school diploma or GED required; demonstrated leadership potential and genuine interest in developing a career in field Operations.
• Experience: Leadership experience from military, school, work, athletics, or community involvement is valued. Valid driver’s license and eligibility to operate a company vehicle.
• Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal abilities, self-motivated and adaptable, safety-minded with sound judgment, organized and forward-thinking.
• Bonus: College education, military leadership experience, or forestry/arboriculture education; willingness to obtain relevant industry certifications.
