DTX Data Analytics & Insights Manager | Logitech

The Tone:
This is a full-time role at Logitech, open to remote work from most locations with hybrid options. Logitech creates products that enhance collaboration and foster play, offering flexibility for individuals to make a global impact. This position is critical for bridging complex data to strategic action for the Direct-to-Consumer (DTX) eCommerce business, supporting websites in 40 global markets. You will optimize front-end site performance, marketing efficiency, and the overall consumer experience by transforming data into high-value, proactive insights.

• Team: Leads a team of 3-4 internal data analysts and external agency resources.
• Mission: Bridge complex data to strategic action for Logitech’s Direct-to-Consumer (DTX) eCommerce business.
• Tech Stack: Adobe Analytics, Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC), Salesforce Data Cloud (CDP), Snowflake, Tableau, SQL.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Lead and empower a team of analysts and agency resources to deliver high-value, proactive insights to business partners.
• Cultivate proactive business partnerships with key stakeholders, including Website Product & Design, Digital Content, Marketing & Category, and Consumer Insight teams, to drive data-informed decision-making.
• Develop and execute an AI strategy for analytics workflows, increasing team efficiency and moving towards predictive capabilities in partnership with the Digital Office.
• Create and maintain dynamic dashboards on Tableau and automated reports to track key performance indicators for senior leadership and business partners.
• Provide deep-dive analysis across site performance, consumer insights, marketing campaigns, and site content to optimize the end-to-end consumer journey.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Data Analytics, Data Science, or a related field, with a focus on eCommerce analytics and leadership.
• Experience: 5-7 years in eCommerce analytics, including specific proficiency in Adobe Analytics and Salesforce Commerce Cloud, alongside proven experience managing direct reports and agencies within a global organization.
• Skills: Excellent communication and storytelling abilities to explain complex data trends clearly, SQL proficiency for writing and optimizing queries, and familiarity with the modern data stack like Snowflake and Tableau.
• Bonus: A Master’s degree is preferred, along with a clear vision for how Generative AI can transform data analysis.
