What You’ll Actually Do
• Business Analysis: Support financial analysis, cost planning, and business case development for current and future initiatives.
• Supply Chain & Finance: Prepare and analyze Requests for Quotes (RFQs), perform cost comparisons, and assist with general ledger activities.
• Human Resources: Support Associate Relations, benefits administration, and participate in information-sharing sessions related to company programs.
• Digital Services & Marketing: Assist with digital business initiatives, build business cases for new opportunities, and improve customer satisfaction.
• Consumer Insights: Translate customer and market insights into actionable recommendations and monitor industry trends for future market planning.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Enrollment in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree program studying Purchasing, Supply Chain, Operations Management, or a related field, with a minimum 2.5 Cumulative GPA.
• Experience: Class status of Sophomore (by credit hour) or above, with general business coursework, available to work a minimum of 10 weeks at 40 hours per week.
• Skills: Legally authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship, possess a valid U.S. Driver’s License, and able to secure own transportation to and from work daily.
