2027 Early Talent – Auto Finance Accelerated Talent Development Program (Multi – Location) | Ally

The Tone:
This is a full-time accelerated talent development program at Ally, with an initial immersive training experience in Detroit and rotations across multiple metro areas including Chicago, Atlanta, Dallas, Pittsburgh, and LA. Ally Financial is a customer-centric digital financial services company, providing innovative solutions to consumer, commercial, and corporate customers. This program is designed to develop future leaders in auto finance, providing an accelerated career path and significant executive exposure within the company.

The TL;DR
• Role: Accelerated Talent Development Program (Early Talent)
• Type: Full-time
• Location: Hybrid, with initial immersive training in Detroit, followed by rotations across business centers in Chicago, Atlanta, Dallas, Pittsburgh, and LA.

• Team: Auto Finance organization
• Mission: Develop auto finance business acumen at an accelerated pace and prepare participants to be future leaders at Ally Financial.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Evaluate: Decision consumer offerings in line with Ally’s underwriting policies.
• Service: Develop and maintain a high level of customer service for an assigned territory.
• Manage: Handle a portfolio of dealers and identify potential for business growth within the assigned territory.
• Rotate: Participate in three 8-month rotations throughout multiple lines of business within the Auto Finance organization.
• Demonstrate: Apply analytical, leadership, project management, problem-solving, innovation, and communication skills in direct customer-facing experiences.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Undergraduate degree from an accredited university, preferably in Business or Finance, for an entry-level position.
• Experience: 0+ years of experience; graduating between December 2026 and June 2027; able to start on July 7th, 2027 alongside other program employees.
• Skills: Excellent leadership, analytical, teamwork, problem-solving, and communication skills; strong public speaking, facilitation, and influencing abilities; a consistent track record of success demonstrated through quantitative and qualitative results.
• Bonus: Previous internship or professional experience; proven success in a leadership role (academic, campus, community, or sports); curiosity about a career in the Financial Services industry; eligible to work in the U.S. without company sponsorship; must be mobile to any of the five business centers (Chicago, Atlanta, Dallas, Pittsburgh, and LA) for the program duration and potential relocation.
