2027 Intern- Corporate Finance | FTI Consulting
The Tone:
This is an internship at FTI Consulting, located in various cities across the United States. FTI Consulting is a global expert firm that assists organizations navigating crisis and transformation, working with leading multinational corporations, law firms, banks, and private equity firms on their most significant issues. This role is crucial for an intern to become an integral part of a focused team, making a real impact by helping to solve major challenges currently in the news.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Join a project team within the Corporate Finance segment to support ongoing client engagements.
• Collaborate closely with experienced professionals and senior leaders to address various client needs.
• Contribute to real-world projects, applying your skills to current challenges faced by clients.
• Exercise an entrepreneurial spirit, bringing fresh perspectives and solutions to the workplace.
• Research and understand the Corporate Finance segment, including its diverse practice areas and market locations.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Actively pursuing a full-time bachelor’s degree or completing a fifth-year master’s program. Entry-level. Graduation date between December 2027 – September 2028.
• Experience: Ability to work 40 hours per week for the duration of the internship program (late May 2027 – August 2027). Must be authorized to work full-time in the United States without employer sponsorship now or in the future.
• Skills: Minimum 3.0 Cumulative GPA. Collaborative, highly motivated, and able to travel to clients and FTI Consulting office(s).
• Bonus: Major in Finance, Accounting, Business Analytics, Economics, Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Sciences, Business, Supply Chain Management, Data Science, Healthcare Management, Real Estate, Human Resources, Industrial and Labor Relations, Statistics, Management, or Mathematics.
